Tailored Opportunities: Postdoctoral position in food safety and sustainability engineering in Canada, University of Alberta


The University of Alberta is committed to inclusive workforce. The University is looking for a post-doctoral fellow to join an interdisciplinary in the area of mycotoxin degradation in feed/food products by atmospheric cold plasma (ACP) technology.


The position requires a candidate who hold PhD in food process engineering, food chemistry/science, chemical engineering. Experience in ACP technology research in food processing, experience in fungal spore and mycotoxin analysis and characterization.


Position is open until filled
