Tailored opportunities: Call for Papers The 2nd International Conference on ‘Women in Science, Business and Innovation for Development

Following the success of the first international conference, Mekelle University, one of the leading Universities in Ethiopia is hosting the second International conference on Women in Science, Business and Innovation for Development. Globally, despite efforts, not only that women are disproportionately represented in science, business and leadership, but also that, currently, women sexual harassment are rampant in many industries in developing and developed countries. Women have low involvement in Science and Research. Women in power and decision making (both political and non-political) are very rare. The African, with special focus to Ethiopia, the situation gets worse. Hence, the status of women shows that there are plenty of gaps, which require systematic and strategic interventions.Picture1
